Booking and Confirmation Process
- Booking normally confirmed within 5 minutes if available. In the unlikely event that the inventory runs out, we will send you a cancellation notice and a full refund will be issued shortly. Please check your email.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder, or log into your User Center to check your order status and download your voucher when available.
How To Use
- Visitors must arrive 45 minutes prior to their reserved time to the ticket exchange location and present the PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and a valid official ID to check in. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
- Please check important time zone information of Antelope Canyon on Voucher. Please plan your trip with the time zone/changes in mind and unforeseen circumstances that may arise with traveling. NO REFUND if arrive late.
- The Lower Canyon tours require you to be able to easily climb stairs and can twist and turn with ease. Not suitable for those with recent or chronic back or knee issues.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Due to the high demand and the restrictions on the number of visitors for each time slot, the actual entry time may be adjusted even after confirmation, especially at peak season.
- If there are any issues or questions in the voucher redemption process after arriving the Antelope Canyon, Please do not hesitate to contact us at the earliest time.
- It is recommended to book as early as possible due to the high demand of Antelope Canyon tickets
- It is recommended to bring: bottled water, sunscreen, comfortable shoes and hat
- Pregnant Women are HIGHLY discouraged due to the strenuous nature of the tour.
- Backpacks, large bags, purses, camera bags, walking sticks, umbrellas, weapons, and firearms are not allowed.
- No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
- Will get a full refund if it is closed due to bad weather
- Pets and service animals are not allowed inside Lower Antelope Canyon, the building, or on tours.

- Photography is allowed, but each guest is limited to one camera. Filming or video recording is not allowed inside Lower Antelope Canyon.

We just got back from a 4-day Nevada–Arizona–Utah Grand Canyon trip with my two sons and my 70-year-old father, and we have to leave this review before we crash. On Friday, July 24 around 1:30 PM Group G4, we had a tour guide (didn’t catch her name again — my fault, it was so hot and we were exhausted) who made the whole trip better. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient — especially with my boys, who were moving slow in the heat. She kept checking on us and genuinely tried to make the experience better for our family. We don’t have the words to fully express our gratitude, but if this reaches her or the company: thank you so much. We hope to see you again.
