What To Expect
Overview
- As you begin your 1 – 1.5-hour adventure (all-walking) with Lower Antelope Canyon Tours, your experience will span roughly 1,800 meters (1.1 miles) round trip. Upon descending down five flights of stairs (35 meters) into the largest cavern of the tour, guests’ will begin their majestic ascent through the kaleidoscope of colors naturally provided by the unique creation of Navajo Sandstone, as a result of rain, wind, and erosion. The numerous echelons throughout the canyon consist of eight uniquely built ladders (with handrails) for safety.
- Visitors begin their guided Lower Antelope Canyon tour with a short 10-minute walk from the check-in booth to the entrance of the canyon. The trail leading to the entrance of Lower Antelope Canyon is composed of Navajo sandstone, making the descent to the canyon entrance both rocky and sandy. For our guests’ safety and comfort, we advise appropriate shoes to be worn.

How To Use
- Please check important time zone information of Antelope Canyon on Voucher. Please plan your trip with the time zone/changes in mind and unforeseen circumstances that may arise with traveling. NO REFUND if arrive late.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
Other important information
- Infants aged 0-3 years are free of charge. Please specify their age(s) and quantity in the order notes
- If your child cannot walk during the tour. It is required that you carry your child in a front chest carrier or a back pack carrier. Strollers and Wheel based devices will not be allowed on the tour.
- Visitors must arrive 45 minutes prior to their reserved time to the ticket exchange location and present the PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and a valid official ID to check in. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
- We do not have an area to leave or leash your pets/animals, but we have pet kennels for rent on a first come, first serve basis.
- In Antelope Canyon, all bags are prohibited; skirts are not allowed.
- Service Animals are allowed in the building only (but not on the tour).
- Due to the high demand and the restrictions on the number of visitors for each time slot, the actual entry time may be adjusted even after confirmation, especially at peak season.
- If there are any issues or questions in the voucher redemption process after arriving the Antelope Canyon, Please do not hesitate to contact us at the earliest time.
- It is recommended to book as early as possible due to the high demand of Antelope Canyon tickets
- It is recommended to bring: bottled water, sunscreen, comfortable shoes and hat
- Pregnant Women are HIGHLY discouraged due to the strenuous nature of the tour.
- Cameras are welcome but please no tripods, monopods and selfie sticks, No bags, umbrellas and pets or service animals.
- No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
- Will get a full refund if it is closed due to bad weather
- If the time period you booked is sold out, We will inform other available options by Email/SMS or you can choose to cancel and full refund
